When groups come to an end a feeling of accomplishment as well as sadness prevails. You have formed strong bonds with each other and feel a sense of satisfaction from completing a task together. It is truly an amazing feeling to have been involved in a positive team experience. When people share a vision and work together,  sharing their brain power and empathy for each other  the experience  elating . It is important to have closure to your time together to reflect upon your accomplishments or things you could have done differently. A celebration is always due as a way of congratulating everyone for a job well done and expressing your new and deepened friendships with each other. Some of these friendships will continue on in professional ways and or personal.Everyone is richer for their experience, and grows during the process. Successful teams are always win win situations for everyone involved, for they all come away with a feeling of accomplishment from helping to bring  their cohesive  vision  to light.I will definitely miss our communication sessions with all  of my colleagues. The time spent sharing intimately in our blogs and professionally during our discussions has made me a better professional and person.  We all share the same vision and help, empathize and support each other as we create our visions for the benefit of our youth and future generations.We are passionate about the same thing , we are cohesive and vibrant in our quest to be the best educators , and communicators we can be, and I will be sad to have this communication come to an end.
